Abstract
Disclosed herein is a multiple ceramides composition, including one or more of the following (i) to (iii), and one or more of the following (iv) to (v): (i) N-type ceramide, or a stereoisomer thereof, a salt thereof, a solvate thereof, or a hydrate thereof; (ii) A-type ceramide, or a stereoisomer thereof, a salt thereof, a solvate thereof, or a hydrate thereof; (iii) EO-type ceramide, or a stereoisomer thereof, a salt thereof, a solvate thereof, or a hydrate thereof; (iv) O-type ceramide, or a stereoisomer thereof, a salt thereof, a solvate thereof, or a hydrate thereof; and (v) EN-type ceramide, or a stereoisomer thereof, a salt thereof, a solvate thereof, or a hydrate thereof. The multiple ceramides composition exhibits excellent efficacy for the skin.
