Abstract

A manufacturing method of an automobile part 1 according to the present invention includes: a resin application step S1 of applying resin 7 to a steel sheet 11 before molding; a steel sheet patch installation step S3 of installing a steel sheet patch 13 on the steel sheet 11 to which the resin 7 is applied in such a manner as to cover the resin 7; a pre-baking step S5 of pre-baking a sandwich structure member 15 having a sandwich structure in which the resin 7 is sandwiched between the steel sheet 11 and the steel sheet patch 13 in such a manner that the resin 7 has an elastic modulus of 45 MPa or more and ductility of 10% or more; and a press molding step S7 of press molding the pre-baked sandwich structure member 15 into a part shape of the automobile part 1.
