Abstract

A controller (50) conducts a first inspection and a second inspection. In the first inspection, the controller (50) controls a switching device (120) such that, during application of a voltage between a first power line (PL2b) and a second power line (PL2a) constituting a first power path (PL2), the first power line (PL2b) is electrically connected to a power storage device (30) and the second power line (PL2a) is disconnected from the power storage device (30), and determines whether or not the switching device (120) is faulty. In the second inspection, the controller (50) controls the switching device (120) such that the second power line (PL2a) is electrically connected to the power storage device (30) and the first power line (PL2b) is disconnected from the power storage device (30), and determines whether or not the switching device (120) is faulty.
