Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a container for holding an oil/fat composition having a silicon oxide vapor-deposited film with good oil drainage. Provided is a container for holding an oil/fat composition having a silicon oxide vapor-deposited film on an inner surface of the container. The container has a roll-off property of oils and/or fats on the inner surface of the container of 300 seconds or less. The roll-off property of oils and/or fats is measured based on the time (seconds) for an oil and/or fat droplet of rapeseed oil of 24±0.5 mg to move 6 mm on the sample surface inclined at 70° with respect to the vertical at 23±3°C.
