Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for reducing amplification bias in multiplex PCR. In the present invention, amplification bias was found to be reduced by amplifying nucleic acids by using a proliferating cell nuclear antigen. The present invention relates to a method for reducing amplification bias by using a proliferating cell nuclear antigen, as well as to a reagent and a kit for use in the method.
