Abstract
An operation method of a blast furnace includes: heating a hydrogen-based reducing gas supplied from outside a blast furnace system; blowing the heated hydrogen-based reducing gas into the blast furnace; separating a reducing gas from a top gas; heating the separated reducing gas; and blowing the heated reducing gas into the blast furnace.
