Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a silicon oxide vapor-deposited film having excellent roll-off property and/or oil-repellency for oils and/or fats or an oil and/or fat-containing composition, and a molded article coated with a silicon oxide vapor-deposited film having excellent roll-off property and/or oil-repellency for oils and/or fats or an oil and/or fat-containing composition. Specifically, the present invention provides a silicon oxide vapor-deposited film, wherein a surface of the silicon oxide vapor-deposited film has a ratio of ion intensity AO to ion intensity B (ion intensity AO/ion intensity B) of 3 or above in an ion intensity spectrum obtained by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry.
