Abstract
A coated plated steel sheet includes a steel sheet, a plated layer, and a protective layer. The plated layer contains aluminum, zinc, and magnesium. An average value of a ratio of an atomic concentration of the aluminum with respect to a total of an atomic concentration of the magnesium and an atomic concentration of the zinc in an outermost layer at a depth of 5 nm in the plated layer is from 0.40 to 1.50. A ratio of a mass of the resin (A1) in the protective layer with respect to a total mass of the protective layer is 0.6 or more. A ratio of a mass of a silicon atom in terms of SiO<2> in the protective layer with respect to the total mass of the protective layer is from 0.07 to 0.19. A ratio of a mass of a phosphorus atom in the protective layer with respect to the total mass of the protective layer is from 0.011 to 0.075. A ratio of a mass of a cobalt atom in the protective layer with respect to the total mass of the protective layer is from 0.0015 to 0.02.
