Abstract

The present disclosure provides a device for diagnosing resistance characteristic, comprising:an acquisition unit that acquires a charging or discharging profile in a specified charge/discharge cycle of a unit cell;a generation unit that generates a capacity voltage differential data representing a capacity voltage differential value(dQ/dV) of the unit cell in a charge or discharge cycle included in the specified charge/discharge cycle, based on the charging or discharging profile; anda diagnosis unit that diagnoses resistance characteristic of the unit cell based on the capacity voltage differential data, a diagnosis method thereof, and a unit cell for secondary battery satisfying specific conditions according to the method.
