Abstract
The method for recycling a cylindrical battery according to the present invention comprises: preparing a cylindrical battery; forming at least one gas vent on a surface of the cylindrical battery; heating the cylindrical battery having the gas vent formed thereon; crushing the heated cylindrical battery to obtain a crushed product; and separating the crushed product to obtain a recovered material.
