Abstract
Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed for energy saving in video coding. A supplemental enhancement information (SEI) message may include a first syntax element that indicates whether energy information related to a neural network post-processing filter (NNPF) is present in the SEI message. The SEI message may further include a second syntax element that indicates whether information related to a complexity or a property of the NNPF is present in the SEI message. The video data may be encoded or decoded based on the SEI message.
