Abstract

Provided in the present application are neural network-based image filtering methods and apparatuses, a device, and a storage medium, which can be used in the fields of image processing, video coding and decoding, video live streaming, etc. A method comprises : determining from among M+1 data processing modes a first data processing mode for information to be filtered; if the first data processing mode is a data rearrangement mode, on the basis of the first data processing mode, performing data rearrangement on a reconstructed image block of the information to be filtered and, by means of a neural network filter, filtering the rearranged information to be filtered, so as to obtain a filtered image block of the rearranged information to be filtered; and, on the basis of the first data processing mode, performing reverse data rearrangement on the filtered image of the rearranged information to be filtered, so as to obtain a filtered image block of the reconstructed image block. Thus, the present application performs the data rearrangement of the information to be filtered, such that the data distribution characteristic of the rearranged information to be filtered is consistent with or approximate to the data distribution characteristic of training data, thereby improving the filtering effect of the neural network filter.
