Abstract

The present disclosure provides an image processing method, an image processing device, and a storage medium. The image processing method includes: determining or generating a prediction result for a pixel to be predicted according to a first luminance value of at least one non-down-sampled luminance pixel. In the present disclosure, prediction on image chrominance information is performed according to luminance values of non-down-sampled luminance pixels that have not undergone down-sampling processing, which can reduce a distortion level of predicted chrominance values and/or improve the prediction quality of chrominance pixels in image blocks.
