Abstract
A radio communication node executes radio communication with an upper node via a non-terrestrial network, and executes radio communication with a lower node. The radio communication node can determine a transmission timing of the downlink to the lower node, and determines the transmission timing based on a time difference between a reference time applied to the transmission timing and a reception timing of the downlink to the radio communication node.
