Abstract
The embodiments of the present application provide an information transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal device and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal device sending first information, wherein the first information is used for indicating one or more reference signal groups, and each of the one or more reference signal groups comprises one or more reference signals; and the terminal device sending second information, wherein the second information is used for indicating a transmission parameter set associated with each of the one or more reference signal groups, and the transmission parameter set is used for representing a terminal device capability corresponding to the reference signal groups associated with the transmission parameter set.
