Abstract
The present disclosure is applicable to the technical field related to display devices, and relates to, for example, a micro light-emitting diode (LED), a display device using same, and a manufacturing method therefor. The present disclosure may include: a first conductivity type semiconductor layer; a second conductivity type semiconductor layer; an active layer positioned between the first conductivity type semiconductor layer and the second conductivity type semiconductor layer; a first contact layer at least a portion of which is discontinuously and electrically connected to a first surface of the first conductivity type semiconductor layer; and a reflective layer positioned on the first contact layer.
