Abstract

A display panel and a display device. In the display panel, a first isolation structure (601) is located between adjacent sub-pixels of a plurality of sub-pixels (SP), the first isolation structure (601) being configured to partition at least one of a plurality of film layers of a light-emitting functional layer (FL); the first isolation structure (601) comprises a first isolation portion (PT1) and a second isolation portion (PT2), the first isolation portion (PT1) being located in a first organic insulating layer (Y1), and the second isolation portion (PT2) being located in an inorganic insulating layer (Y0); the inorganic insulating layer has a plurality of through holes (H0) located in a peripheral area (R2); a second organic insulating layer (Y2) is in contact with the first organic insulating layer (Y1) via the plurality of through holes (H0). Therefore, the risk of easy stripping caused by the contact between the inorganic insulating layer and the organic insulating layers is avoided, and the contact reliability is improved, which facilitates the air removal of the organic insulating layer below the inorganic insulating layer, and improves the process reliability.
