Abstract

A positional misalignment prevention tool suppresses misalignment of an injector with respect to a target region of an eyeball being an injection target. The injector ejects a substance to be injected from an ejection portion port to the target region. The positional misalignment prevention tool includes a base disposed around an axis along an ejection direction of the substance to be injected, the base surrounding the periphery of the ejection portion, and an irregular portion provided on the target region side of the base.
