Abstract

A battery swapping device (5), the battery swapping device comprising a bearing platform (51), a driving mechanism (52), a battery swapping platform (53), and an adjusting mechanism (54). The driving mechanism is at least used for driving the bearing platform to ascend and descend. The battery swapping platform is used for mounting and dismounting a battery (11) of an electrical device (6). The adjusting mechanism is connected to the bearing platform and the battery swapping platform and is used for adjusting the spatial posture of the battery swapping platform with respect to the bearing platform. The apparatus reduces difficulty in aligning battery swapping platforms with batteries, improves battery mounting and dismounting efficiency, and reduces the risk of damage to the batteries. In addition, also disclosed is a battery swapping station (2).
