Abstract

This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus, a device, and a system. In the data transmission method, a terminal device may repeatedly send a first data unit at an available transmission occasion TO within a configured grant CG periodicity, where the first data unit is a last data unit or multiple data units in a plurality of data units continuously sent within the CG periodicity, and the CG periodicity includes a plurality of available TOs consecutive in time domain. In the foregoing method, the terminal device repeatedly sends only the last data unit or the multiple data units within the CG periodicity, to achieve an objective of both reliability of data transmission and not affecting a system capacity. In addition, because the terminal device repeatedly sends the last data unit or the several data units, a network device may not schedule a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ for the last data unit or the multiple data units, to reduce system signaling interaction.
