Abstract
To appropriately perform communication in a case where non-regenerative relay is used. A control apparatus according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a control unit that selects a first frequency resource and a second frequency resource from frequency resource candidates to minimize interference with communication using a third frequency resource between a base station and a second terminal station in a case where uplink non-regenerative relay communication from a relay station to the base station is performed on the first frequency resource and downlink non-regenerative relay communication from the relay station to a first terminal station is performed on the second frequency resource; and a communication unit that transmits information related to the selected first frequency resource to the relay station and transmits information related to the selected second frequency resource to the first terminal station.
