Abstract
Provided are a material and a filter with a material which have an excellent antiviral effect against various effects even on a dry surface (in a gas phase) assumed as a condition under which a filter is actually used. A material 3 of the present disclosure comprises a main body portion 4 having a shape of irregularities on a surface thereof, and nanodiamond particles 5 deposited on the irregularities. In a filter 1 with a material according to the present disclosure, the material 3 is attached to a filter 2.
