Abstract

An electrode sheet manufacturing apparatus (1) comprising: a coating part (100) configured to apply electrode slurry onto a substrate (10) to form a coating layer; a spraying part (200) configured to spray compression gas onto the coating layer; a drying part (300) configured to supply a heat source onto the substrate (10) to dry the coating layer; a measurement part (400) arranged spaced apart from the substrate (10) and configured to measure a thickness of an edge portion forming an edge of the coating layer; and a control part electrically connected to the measurement part (400) and configured to detect a change in thickness of the edge portion based on receipt of a thickness value of the edge portion from the measurement part.
