Abstract
In a vibration-based gripper and an assembly method using the gripper, the gripper includes a vibration generating unit and a gripping unit. The vibration generating unit generates vibration, and the gripping unit grips an assembly target object. In a state in which the assembly target object and the gripping unit vibrate due to vibration generated by the vibration generating unit, the assembly target object is self-aligned with a coupling portion and coupled to the coupling portion.
