Abstract

An aggregator uses, as a power adjustment resource, a battery (11) mounted in a vehicle (10). An inlet (12) of the vehicle is connectable with a connector (25) of a DR-compatible EVSE (20) that uses the vehicle as a power adjustment resource and with a connector (45) of a non-DR-compatible EVSE (40) that does not uses the vehicle as a power adjustment resource. A lock device (300) enters a locked state in which the connector cannot be removed from the inlet when the connector is connected to the inlet. A controller (15) of the vehicle sets a lock release condition to "during user's operation" (S24) when the connector of the DR-compatible EVSE is connected to the inlet and sets the lock release condition to "upon completion of charging" when the non-DR-compatible EVSE is connected to the inlet.
