Abstract

A lane changing decision-making method, a device and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of autonomous driving. The method can be applied to the fields of intelligent vehicles, new energy vehicles and the like, and comprises: on a first lane where a target vehicle is located, when there is a first obstacle in front of the target vehicle, acquiring longitudinal driving information of the target vehicle (201); when the longitudinal driving information meets a preset lane changing condition, perform lane changing, the preset lane changing condition comprising a first relative speed being less than zero and a second relative speed being less than zero, the first relative speed being a relative speed between a first speed and a set first expected speed, and the second relative speed being a relative speed between the first speed and a second expected speed (202). By means of the method, while satisfying safety, an intelligent vehicle can fully and visually reflect the intention and preference of a user, achieving personalized setting of the lane changing frequency, and improving the lane changing decision-making performance.
