Abstract
The present invention relates to a triazole compound having a novel ring structure; a method for preparing same; and a use thereof. The triazole compound having a novel ring structure according to the present invention exhibits an excellent ability to inhibit ASK1 and inhibits the apoptosis of neurons and thus can be used for preventing or treating ASK1-related diseases including neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, and liver diseases.
