Abstract
A flame retardant-containing particle is a particle (C) obtained by polymerizing two or more types of a monomer (A) having a polymerizable unsaturated double bond, in a composition containing the two or more types of the monomer (A) and a phosphorus-based flame retardant (B) dissolved in at least part of the two or more types of the monomer (A). The particle (C) includes a resin layer (D) formed by polymerizing the two or more types of the monomer (A), and an elution rate of the resin layer (D) in an electrolytic solution is 40 mass% or less.
