Abstract

A nonwoven, a method for making such a nonwoven and the use of recycled polyolefin to make such a nonwoven. The nonwoven comprises from 10 weight-% to 100 weight-% recycled polyolefin by weight of the nonwoven. The nonwoven meets one or more of the criteria a) to e) by comprising less than a) 5000 µg/kg of iso-Nonylphenolhexaethoxylate; b) 500 µg/kg of iso-Nonylphenol; c) 4.0 ng/kg of Octachlorodibenzodioxin; d) 500 µg/kg of Di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate; and/ or e) 25 µg/kg of Napthalene.
