Abstract

When an operation target is switched from one operation target to another operation target, communication disconnection processing and communication establishment processing are executed in parallel. The communication disconnection processing is processing for disconnecting communication that had been established between a remote operation apparatus (20) and the one operation target. The communication establishment processing is processing for establishing communication between the remote operation apparatus (20) and the other operation target. Thus, the operation target can be smoothly switched.
