Abstract

Screen device comprising a protective casing, a screen roller and a screen which is rollable onto and unrollable from the screen roller and which is attached on one of its sides to the screen roller, wherein the screen device further comprises a motor which is connected to the protective casing on one side and is connected to the screen roller on the other in order to force a rotation of the screen roller relative to the protective casing, wherein the screen device further comprises a motor cable which is connected to the motor for the purpose of supplying energy to the motor, wherein the motor is connected to the protective casing via a coupling element, wherein the coupling element provides a space in which the motor cable extends at least partially and in which the motor cable is movable between a first position in which a first segment of the motor cable is situated inside the space, and a second position in which the first segment and a second segment of the motor cable is situated inside the space.
