Abstract

A deep freezer (1) comprising a body (2); a compartment (B) which is provided in the body (2), wherein the foodstuffs to be frozen are placed and which has at least one base; an access opening (EA) which provides access to the compartment (B); and a door (3) which is hinged onto the body (2), which is suitable to be moved between a closed position wherein the door (3) fully covers the access opening (EA) and an open position wherein access to the compartment (B) is provided, and which has an inner surface (4) facing the compartment (B) when in the closed position.
