Abstract
A heat exchanger (100) comprising a channel plate (10) and a pair of external plates (20a) and (20b). The channel plate (10) formed with channels (12). The pair of external plates (20a) and (20b) abutting opposite sides of the channel plate (10) to sandwich the channel plate (10) there between to configure fluid flow passages between the channel plate (10) and at least one of the external plates (20a, 20b). One of the external plates (20a, 20b) adapted to support a battery pack (30) thereon. At least one of the channel plate (10) and the pair of external plates (20a) and (20b) is having variable thickness.
