Abstract
A radiological imaging device (1) is provided defining a longitudinal axis (1a) and comprising: a control unit for the operation of said radiological imaging device (1); a gantry (2) configured to perform the radiological acquisition of at least a portion of the patient to be analysed and comprising; a source (21) configured to define an acquisition beam and an acquisition axis (2a); a detector (22) configured to be etched by the acquisition beam after it has passed through the portion to be analysed by acquiring at least a radiological image. The gantry (2) comprises an optical pointer (25) configured to project an optical reference (2e) along a pointing axis (2f) and an acquirer (29) configured to perform an optical acquisition of at least the optical reference (2e) and of a medical instrument (1c) placed in correspondence with the optical reference (2e). The control unit defines the real position of the medical instrument (1c) on the basis of at least the optical acquisition of the optical reference (2e) and of the medical instrument (1c). An acquisition procedure (100) by the radiological imaging device (1) is provided that comprises: a centring phase (130) in which at least the source (21), the detector (22) and the an optical pointer (25) are moved so as to place the optical reference (2e) in the portion to be analysed; a rotation phase (140) in which the rotor (23) rotates by an angle equal to the spreading angle arranging the acquisition axis (2a) substantially parallel to the pointing axis (2f) when in the centring phase (130); and an orientation phase (190) of a medical instrument (1c) in which the acquirer (29) performs an optical acquisition of a medical instrument (1c) placed in correspondence with the optical reference (2e) and the control unit defines the actual position of the medical instrument (1c) based on at least the acquisition of the medical instrument (1c).
