Abstract
A tab cutting mechanism and a battery assembling system. The tab cutting mechanism (10) includes a supporting structure (100), a cutting blade assembly (200), an electrode assembly positioning assembly (300), and a first driving assembly (400). The cutting blade assembly (200) includes a first component (210) and a second component (220). The first component (210) is mounted on the supporting structure (100). The electrode assembly positioning assembly (300) is mounted on the supporting structure (100) and is configured to support and position a main body part (22) of an electrode assembly (20). The first component (210) is configured to support a tab portion (21) of the electrode assembly (20). The first driving assembly (400) is mounted on the supporting structure (100), is connected to the second component (220), and is configured to drive the second component (220) to move, to cause the second component (220) to cooperate with the first component (210) to cut the tab portion (21). The tab cutting mechanism solves problems of low alignment degree, misalignment and inconsistent outer dimensions of the tab portion (21), so that the tab portion (21) is more regular, which facilitates subsequent adding of a case (10a) to the electrode assembly (20) to increase a yield rate of a battery (1).
