Abstract

The invention relates to an equestrian saddle pad, with two fabric layers (3) and an intermediate compressible layer (4), and wherein the compressible layer (4) has different thickness and density at different points or regions of the saddle pad. The manufacturing process is by heat moulding (5) by means of a mould (2) that is selected or custom-created for the horse.
