Abstract
The object of the present invention is to provide a light-curable resin composition that does not require heat post-curing, an adhesive, sealant or coating agent containing the same, a cured product thereof, a semiconductor device and an electronic component containing the cured product, and curing, bonding, sealing, and coating methods using the light-curable resin composition. Provided is a light-curable resin composition comprising (A) a polymerizable compound, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, and (C) a photon upconversion material, an adhesive, sealant or coating agent containing the same, a cured product thereof, a semiconductor device and an electronic component containing the cured product, and curing, bonding, sealing, and coating methods using the light-curable resin composition.
