Abstract
A welded joint in which a base metal has a specific chemical composition having a value of α represented by the following Formula of from 4.0 to 16.0, the tensile strength is from 590 MPa to 930 MPa, the microstructure of a part of 1/4 of the thickness from a surface includes lower bainite and martensite, the total area ratio of lower bainite and martensite is 15.0% or more and the total area ratio of upper bainite, lower bainite, and martensite is 90.0% or more, and the effective crystal grain diameter of a heat-affected zone is 100.0 µm or less. α = 0.50 × √[C] × (1 + 0.64[Si]) × (1 + 4.10[Mn]) × (1 + 0.27[Cu]) × (1 + 0.52[Ni]) × (1 + 2.33[Cr]) × (1 + 3.14[Mo]) <img class="EMIRef" id="49e8fc5d-91c2-4d78-a5f1-6b198854678f-ia01" />
