Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet with low iron loss at high frequencies and excellent fatigue performance. In addition to Fe and inevitable impurities, the non-oriented electrical steel sheet further comprises the following chemical elements in mass percentage: 0<C ≤ 0.0045%, Si: 2.65-3.75%, Mn: 0.10-1.04%, Al: 0.10-1.85%. The number of Al<2>O<3> inclusions with a size of 2.0 µm or more in the non-oriented electrical steel sheet is not more than 4 counts/mm<2>. In addition, the present disclosure further relates to a method for manufacturing the non-oriented electrical steel sheet. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet has the advantage of low iron loss at high frequencies, so that motor energy loss can be reduced and motor efficiency can be improved. Also, the non-oriented electrical steel sheet has excellent fatigue performance, enabling the motor core and rotor to operate stably at high speeds within a temperature range from room temperature to 150 °C, without deformation or fracture.
