Abstract

The present application relates to a method for controlling a clothing treatment apparatus comprising: a cabinet provided with an inlet port; a tub which provides a space for storing water and is provided with a tub inlet port; a connection body which connects the inlet port and the tub inlet port; a drum which is provided to be rotatable in the tub and stores clothing; an air supply portion provided with a chamber which is located above the tube, a chamber supply flow path which guides air in the tube toward the chamber, and a tub supply flow path which guides the air in the chamber toward the connection body; a heat exchanger which sequentially carries out dehydration and heating of the air flowed in the chamber, and a detergent supply portion which can supply a detergent to the tub through a detergent supply pipe and can open/close the detergent supply pipe.
