Abstract

A method for compensating a misalignment of at least one component (1, 2) of a wind turbine (100) is specified, the method comprising - providing first information (I1) which is representative of at least one image (P1, P2) taken with an image capturing device (5) and indicating an arrangement of a first component (1) of the wind turbine (100) relative to a second component (2) of the wind turbine (100), - providing second information (I2) which is representative of at least one reference image (R1, R2) which corresponds to the at least one image (P1, P2), - comparing the first information (I1) to the second information (I2) and, based on the comparison, determining whether a misalignment of the first component (1) relative to the second component (2, 3) exists, and, - in case a misalignment is determined, executing a measure (M) to compensate the misalignment of the first component (1) relative to the second component (2).
