Abstract
This invention relates to a method and system for complete utilization of combustible waste with electricity generation and ash vitrification, which will find application in the field of thermal power generation, in particular for incineration of municipal solid waste, of end-of-life tyres, and of organic waste, for small-scale power generation, and for obtaining granular vitrified inert material.With the established method and system for the complete utilization of combustible municipal solid waste and tyres used as secondary fuel RDF or TDF, a closed waste-free production is ensured, with minimized risk of toxic emissions polluting the atmosphere. In addition, the volume of waste is reduced, electricity generation is increased, and an environmentally friendly vitrified granular product is produced instead of ash and slag. The resulting glass granular product can be used as a building material in road, civil and industrial construction, in the production of building materials and thermal insulation.
