Abstract

An information item that promotes a match between a need and a seed is provided to the user. An information proposal system includes: an analyzer to generate a combination of an input information item and a need information item or at least one seed information item, and analyze a matching degree between the input information item and the need information item or the at least one seed information item; a proposing unit to propose at least one combination of the need information item and the at least one seed information item according to the matching degree; and an additional information request unit to request an additional information item that is an information item to be added in association with the input information item when an additional information request is input.
