Abstract

To accurately estimate a passable region including a region behind an object in a captured image by efficiently generating a learning data set used for machine learning of an estimation model. A learning system (1) includes: a generation unit (143) configured to generate a ground truth label image (1513) including information regarding passability or impassability of a moving body at a point behind an object (31) from a viewpoint from an arbitrary imaging position using arrangement information (41) of the object arranged at an arbitrary position in a virtual space (3); and a training unit (144) configured to train an estimation model (160) that estimates a passable region of the moving body in the imaging region using a color information image (1511) in which the imaging region including the object is imaged from the imaging position, depth information (1512) from the imaging position to the imaging region, and the ground truth label image (1513).
