Abstract

According to the present disclosure, an information processing system includes a data acquisition unit (103a), a feature acquisition unit (103c), and a similarity acquisition unit (103d). The data acquisition unit (103a) is configured to acquire first medical data including a plurality of items or different types of data relating to a subject. The feature acquisition unit (103c) is configured to acquire features representing characteristics of medical data. The feature acquisition unit (103c) acquires at least a subset of the features by inputting the medical data included in the first medical data into at least one of an encoder of a large language model and an encoder of a large multimodal model. The similarity acquisition unit (103d) is configured to acquire similarity between the features and a feature of another piece of the medical data.
