Abstract
One disclosure of the present specification (present disclosure) provides a method by which an AF performs communication. The method includes the steps of: transmitting an AF request to a core network, wherein the AF request includes energy-related information; and receiving an energy monitoring report, wherein the energy monitoring report includes a result of monitoring for energy use, and the monitoring is performed by the core network, a base station, or a user equipment (UE) on the basis of the energy-related information.
