Abstract
The present application provides a communication method and apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium. The communication method comprises: reporting first information, wherein the first information comprises information related to conditional primary cell handover and/or conditional primary secondary cell addition/change in a dual-connectivity scenario. The present application provides a solution for assisting a terminal device to perform dual-connectivity conditional handover. A network device can analyze the problem of existing dual-connectivity conditional handover on the basis of the first information and optimize the dual-connectivity conditional handover, so that the terminal device could then successfully complete dual-connectivity handover.
