Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method for determining a power headroom report (PHR), and a terminal and a network device. The method comprises: transmitting first information, the first information being used for indicating one or N pieces of power headroom information, the one or N pieces of power headroom information being carried in a primary PHR, the type of the PHR being type 1, and N being an integer greater than 1; wherein the power headroom information at least comprises a power headroom (PH) and a maximum configured transmit power, different power headroom information have correspondences with different uplink transmission waveforms, and the uplink transmission waveforms are used for transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). By means of the present disclosure, a network device can determine a scheduling decision for waveforms on the basis of power headroom information of different waveforms, improving scheduling efficiency.
