Abstract

A terminal includes: a communication unit configured to communicate with a base station corresponding to a certain MNO (Mobile network operator) among a plurality of MNOs that perform frequency band sharing; and a control unit configured to, in a case where a transmission or reception to or from the base station overlaps with a resource that is unused in order to avoid interference with MNOs of the plurality of MNOs other than the certain MNO, drop or postpone the transmission or reception.
