Abstract
The present application relates to the technical field of solar cells, and discloses a solar cell and a preparation method therefor, a photovoltaic module and a photovoltaic device. The solar cell comprises a first electrode layer, a hole transport layer, a first light absorbing layer, an interconnection layer, a second light absorbing layer, an electron transport layer and a second electrode layer which are sequentially arranged in a first direction, wherein the interconnection layer comprises an SnO<sub>x</sub> layer, the SnO<sub>x</sub> layer comprises at least three SnO<sub>x</sub> materials, and in the first direction, x decreases from 2 to 1 in gradient. According to the technical solution of embodiments of the present application, the performance of the solar cell is improved.
